My Approach
I use attachment theory, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, self-compassion, parts work, and body-based approaches to help you find balance and self-trust.
My goal is to help you slow down and reconnect to your body so you can make decisions about how you want to live your life, rather than acting out of habit or old patterns.
Together, we’ll work towards helping you show up as yourself more and more, so will explore everything that might hold you back from or empower that process.
